A customer complained that the 11 point default font in Outlook is too small.  Setting the font to a larger size is a matter of changing the setting in Outlook.

If your hardware is old enough that it is running Windows XP or Windows Vista, it's probably time for a new computer.  The upgrade requires a purchase of the operating system, and the upgrade may or may not work.

A customer had a problem.  A printer on his local network only worked from one computer.  Redoing the sharing of the printer and allowing a login to the computer that the printer was connected to solved the problem.

A customer, not understanding how Exchange works, was "cleaning up" sent items on his phone.  He was disconcerted when he found that they were gone from his computer and not in Deleted Items.  Fortunately, there is  a button on the Ribbon in Deleted Items:  "Recover Deleted Items From Server".

Several customers rely on Autocomplete for Outlook emails.  If they are diligent in keeping up their contacts list, repopulating the Autocomplete after a new installation of Outlook is fairly easy.
